As men we need to recognize our emotions and use them
As men, we must understand our emotions if we we want to have the best relationships
So just like you want to be strong physically, you must be strong emotionally
  1. Break the Myth
    1. Men feel deeply
    2. Expressing emotions doesn't have to be there to feel deeply
    3. Your emotions are how you connect relationally with women
    4. Your emotions are how you also connect with your kids
    5. Your emotions will also affect how you lead at work
  2. Get in Shape
    1. You have to learn how to recognize your feelings
    2. After you recognize your feelings, you have to learn to process them
    3. Recognition and processing gives you the ability to tap into your emotions and passions
