Our minds are under attack as men. We have more distractions and things trying to take away our attention. Instead of blaming those things, we need to recognize them and do something about our own minds. The responsibility of our minds is ours as men. We have to make the decision on what we want our brain to focus on. This is important because what we think about ourselves defines how we act and allow ourselves to be treated by others. Men need to work to maintain their mental edge.
