1 - BUILD HEALTHY ROUTINES
- We need healthy routines because it makes us better as men
- Physical routines
- Mental routines
- Emotional routines
- Spiritual routines
- If you don't plan, you won't do it
- Routines help us keep our priorities a priority
CHANGE YOUR ROUTINES
- You should have routines, but those routines need to be switched up sometimes
- Don't get stuck and let the routine just be something you do
- Changing routines forces different muscles to work
- This is true for every area
- Physically, Emotionally, Mentally, Spiritually
- We often don't like to change our routine because change is hard
- We need the variety of change to keep us sharp
VARIETY STRETCHES YOUR VISION
- We all have a Vision of ourselves and what we can do
- That vision often keeps us in the comfort zone
- We all need to be pushed and stretched beyond the vision we have for ourselves
- That is why coaching is so important
- Men are guilty of joining something and then not wanting to really change
- The great thing is as we move and grow we believe that we can do more
- As you bring variety and get help, your vision will grow and so will you
