Why Men Don't Change

Our decision to act and change must be a mindset
We must decide to be proactive before anyone gives us the reason why
3 Things You must Understand to Change

CHANGE INVOLVES A MENTAL SHIFT
  • Change starts in our minds
  • Men who suddenly decide to start taking charge of their health, start in their mind
  • If we don't change our thoughts and what we think, whatever we are trying to change won't work
  • Being proactive means training your mind to be open to change

CHANGE IS UNCOMFORTABLE
  • We like comfort as men
  • The problem with comfort is it can keep us from trying new things
  • Many men don't like the feeling of being stupid or slow, so they don't try new things

CHANGE IS HARD
  • Being proactive means putting yourself in a place of doing hard things
  • Change isn't easy or everyone would do it
  • The reality is change takes work, over and over and over again
  • Change is also hard because we have to admit we were doing it wrong, or that there is a better way

  • Challenge you to start living Proactive
  • Be Proactive - Physically, Emotionally, Mentally, Spiritually
