Food is a part of life; everyone has to eat, and we all recognize that. However, the problem with food is the reality that so many men are fighting obesity. Obesity is having a body fat percentage of 30% and up. In the US, 75% of men over 40 are obese!
The truth all of us, as men have to face, is our food is a big part of this problem. What we eat and how much we eat play the primary part in our fatness. We have to learn how to focus on our food the right way because there are too many crazy theories and attitudes about food that are just plain wrong.
